Kip brings over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. Extensive experience as a high impact transformational Program/Project Manager with a successful track record managing complex, internationally distributed, cross-functional projects at an enterprise level. Areas of expertise include Supply Chain Logistics, OEM/Supplier development/management, ISO/FDA Quality System implementation, and Product Development.
Kip’s guiding principles are to implement and apply continuous improvement methodology at an enterprise level while never losing focus on the end customer. Process Improvement certifications include Six Sigma through GE and Philips and Lean Enterprise through Univ. of WI.
Kip currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and chairs the Operational Excellence Committee.
