Joanne Lai is a strategic planner for Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, she worked as general counsel for Reed Global Advisors, LLC, an investment advisor and broker-dealer. She is a graduate of Tulane Law School (JD 2000); University of Cambridge, UK (MBA, 1997); and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
