Joanne Lai is currently serving as President of Firland's Board of Directors. She most recently was a strategic planner for Microsoft Corporation and general counsel for Reed Global Advisors, LLC, an investment advisor and broker-dealer. She is a graduate of Tulane Law School (JD 2000); University of Cambridge, UK (MBA, 1997); and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
